Social and economic exclusion is closely tied into sexual harassment and improper etiquette inside and outside of the workplace which is covered in all basic workshops. Silence the Violence and Shun the Guns’ motto is “Social and economic exclusion, leads to poverty and poverty and leads to avoidable crimes.” The information and proper conduct which is covered and presented in these workshops will improve overall workplace moral and reduce the chances of avoidable lawsuits. As times go by, conditions constantly changes, so order to remain compliant, competitive in the marketplace for attracting and retaining the best talent, ongoing education concerning on the navigation of how to respond to the current affairs is an essential priority. Even an ongoing reminder is essential to ensure that your organization is in line with its core value, make appropriate adjustments or add new ones. Since 2011,  Silence the Violence and Shun the Guns’ branding executives has interviewed and studied the behaviors of hundreds of thousands of people mainly in the Toronto downtown financial district on how they react to a growing concerning which is now getting growing mainstream attention.

Each workshop session runs over the course of 30 minutes. You can book one or more workshop(s) for one or more session(s), which will be held at your workplace, and then select which topic(s) you want presented. The minimum number of staff members, who must be in attendance, for any booked session is 50. If your number of staff members are lower than 50 who will be in attendance, a prepaid registration fee of $1,250.00 per session must be paid prior to the date of the workshop(s). So for example, if you have 10 staff members, who will be attendance, the prepaid registration fee would be $1,250.00 for one session for that workshop. “Silence the Violence and Shun the Guns” has developed a very easy and very quick way for you to fully recover your registration fee(s) which the presenter will cover after the workshop.
